Cancellations

We understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, in case of appointment cancellations/reschedules we ask clients to please notify us at least 24 hours in

advance We value our clients time & ask clients' to respect our stylists' time in return. We reserve the right to ask for a credit guarantee on any service. If 3 no-show or last minute(less than 24 hours) cancellations occur, we will ask that the client return to the salon on a walk in basis only. There will be a service fee of 50% of the cost of scheduled service if 24hrs notice is not given.
